About Artist
I have been so very lucky and fortunate to have been put into the wonderful hands of Hank Hughes from Townhouse Studios, home to Robbie Williams, Pharell Williams, Beyonce and Coldplay to name but a few! It is here that I have just finished recording my demo cd.
At the moment, I am studying Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Warwick. I travel up and down to my hometown, London, to record my music with a pair of excellent producers Hank and Jim, and to pursue my dream of becoming a successful pop artist.
From a young age, I have always had a natural love for music. I play keyboards and drums, but singing has always been my ultimate joy and love. I have never had any formal vocal training, I taught myself to sing by listening to my heroes as I was growing up.
My style is hard to pin down, I love all sorts of music and therefore my voice draws resonance to many different styles. I love blues,soul and motown music, but I also love pop and rock. My ultimate influences are Janis Joplin, Amy Winehouse, Freddie Mercury, Eva Cassidy, Joss Stone and KT Tunstall.
