We're Above the Fog, a classic/hard rock band out of Albion, New York (in between Buffalo and Rochester). We play mostly originals along with some classic rock covers. We formed in 2006 after Dylan (20), Chad (18), and Spencer's (19) band Point of No Return broke up and Taylor (19) wanted to start a new band. Then Scott joined and that was that. We played with this lineup for three years, at which time our tambourine boy Alex (13) somehow got really good at drums overnight and became our second drummer. (In case you're wondering, Scott is the father of Dylan, Chad and Alex, who are all brothers.) Spencer left the band in the summer of 2010 because of college and the band now consists of Dylan, Chad, Alex, Taylor and occasionally Scott on drums. We've been together for five years now and have had the opportunity to play with many great bands including The Who Dats, The Trolls, Savage Cabbage, Front Page News, Route 98, Duck 'N Cover, and many more. We play at local bars and numerous benefit concerts. We have recorded at Good Charamel Records in Buffalo, NY and hope to someday be more than a local bar band.
