About Band
The band began in 2002 in the ACT as a few friends getting together to play and write some metal. The band effectively split up when one of the members moved to Melbourne. Between 2007 and 2008 2 other members from the original band moved to Melbourne and Agave Maize was formed with the addition of Rich McMaster on vocals and Josh Pearse joining Greg on guitars.
Agave Maize do not fit into any sub genres of metal but take influence from all.
