After forming in the small town of Belding early this summer Alexander and the Awful, Horrible Day burst onto the grand rapids music scene quickly. Playing many local and high profile shows, and opening for  major label artists Bayside and Amber Pacific, Alexander now has a large local fan base. With the help from internet sites such as Myspace and Purevolume their music can be heard around the world. Although this band is relatively new, many of the band members are far from being new to the local scene. Having been in successful bands before (Infinity Shores, Getaway Van, & Mechanical Ben's) these five members stay tight on the quality of their music.
