A Thousand Cures has been around for over a decade and after numerous line up changes they have finally found something that quite simply works! Original members Paul Macri and Luca Caracciolo recruited Rick Beddia (guitar) and Dusty Emer (guitar) in 2004/ 2005 and since then, haven't looked back.

They have won numerous radio competitions such as the Q107 "have a nice gig" contest where they later opened for Bon Jovi at the Air Canada Centre, they appeared as one of the 97.7 Rocksearch finalists in 2006, and also won the garageband faceoff beating out 35,000 entries in 2007.

Recently A Thousand Cures acquired the services of producer Mike Borkosky (ill Scarlett, Low Level Flight and many more) to help reinvent the bands sound, the result was very impressive. Through this collaboration and with 10 months of blood sweat and tears, the new A Thousand Cures album was born.

This band has survived through the best of times and worst of times and the thing that keeps them going is their belief that the music they produce is worthy of being heard on a world scale, and the unparalleled passion they share for the art of songwriting.
