Aurum Star is an alternative rock band based out of Los Angeles, CA. The group started in 2005 when bassist Eric Meyers and guitarist Chris Warren joined forces with drummer Jake DeSouza to write, record, and perform music that they and their peers would enjoy. Unfortunately, without a steady vocalist, they were at a standstill. Enter: Christian Altman. Christian joined the band in 2006, and brought a new flavor to the music the others had written, as well as becoming a major part of the writing process for their music to come. The band has been working hard ever since; playing shows, recording, writing new tunes, as well as becoming a tightly knit team of friends, and with the support of their fans and chums, Aurum Star plans to continue moving forward. They just finished recording their debut EP entitled 'Reach', which was recorded at the world famous Village Recording Studio.  Keep an ear out.
