Escaping from the trend of indie-rock, guitar-rock/pop thats currently around, we produce mellow thaughtful material with a fresh take on life and the world we live in.
There arer also a few rough-cuts for songs on here that don't really fit with what the Band is doing or we simply haven't had time to record them in the studio yet.. Browse through this mixed bag of material and you are bound to find something you like..
Personally I'm especially fond of the Blues tracks
Well, I sit at home plinkingaway on my synth and messing around with words and chords, with the aid of ciggies and cider.
Lay down a rough-cut for the song onto CD and take it to Grandad Ian on Gtr & Vocals :-)
When he's learned it (after much moaning that theres too many chords) we then record and mix the track in the studio. Again with assitance from ciggies and cider. :-)
Then I nag him mercilessly to complete the final mix so I can bang it online. :-)
Most of my inspiration comes from personal experiances of life in Birmingham and the weird and wonderful people I know here. So, if you live in Brum and recognise yourself in one of my songs, NO you can't have a share of the royalties
