Making music in "The Basement".
Every song contains a very intimate message for someone close to me, especially those pieces without song lyrics. Hidden in their titles is a clue to that message, and who they were written for. Music has always helped me to express myself,to express my feelings when the right words just couldn't be found. Feelings of love, hate, joy or pain. Some times just to say I understand. On occasion a little nonsense thrown in. All this and more is hidden within the notes of each song. The best way to describe how I feel about my own music would be to say... each song is like a tattoo, once revealed it really says a lot about the writer. For anyone who has ever tattooed the name of your "one true love" on yourself, just to lose that love later... You understand!
