About Band
BANG?, formed in May 2008, is a rock band from Istanbul, Turkey with a contemporary sound and is mostly influenced by American and British Rock. The band finished recording 5 songs by the end of November 2008 with M. Hakan Ozhendekci (Jokerstore Studios) and released their first demo named “Bangademo” by December 2008.
The band is in touch with a number of people to get their music heard by major and independent record companies all around the world, especially in the USA and Great Britain. The band has not only created a remarkable fan network in such a short period of time, which is growing rapidly but is also willing to reach more people by playing live as much as possible.
BANG? played live and met the audience at Studio Live Dip, Istanbul on 21 February 2009 for the first time. Video footage of the band’s live performance was also taken and sponsored by Digital Film Academy. Videos can be viewed at www.myspace.com/rockbang.
The band’s vision and goals are clear. To release a debut album from a major record label and start touring to get recognized internationally and become successful in the rock music industry. The Band is planning to finish the recording of the first album by the end of 2009 and to release the album by 2010.
BANG? members are devoted to music and ready to give hundred percent to achieve international success. BANG? members know that the road is long and tough, however they are ready for the challenges and the hard work which is crucial to reach success.
