We are a five piece alternative band from Northampton. Bear in a bag's five piece offence is made up of Andey on lead guitar and vocals sharing the lead vocalist position with rhythm guitarist Becca, held together by drummer Ben, and pushed forward into the world by bassist Luke. Becca and Andey are the new Lennon and McCartney, their song writing connection is strong as an ox. All original songs are written by Becca, Andey and Ben. Ben and Andey are the only two original members of the band. With Luke joining originally as a temperary, then agreed to join permanently. Becca is the most recently recruit, but since she's joined the band has come on leaps and bounds, and Bear wouldn't be the same without her. Heather is the newest member to join Bear, and she supports additional guitar work for the band. That said, we are not like every other band, we have a unique sound, straying away from the current 'indie' scene in as many ways possible. With two lead vocalists, a Slipknot inspired drummer, a Red Hot Chili Peppers inspired bassist, a Radiohead inspired lead guitarist/vocalst, and a Linkin Park inspired rhythm guitarist/vocalist. We have a clean new sound for your ears, and we are recording soon. Until then, you'll have to listen to 'Blues Jam' until your ears bleed
