In October of 2005 Ryan, Nathan, Adam and Colby got together to lead worship for their local College. After their first time to play together, they could tell that this was going to turn into something much more than just a hobby. The guys began to see God working in their lives and realized that they had several things in common, among these were, a love for God and a passion to play music. The band started having amazing opportunities to play all around their community. Later that year they wrote their first original (Three Nails) which was instantly a hit to all who heard it. This inspired the band to get more serious about their song writing. The band called themselves Beyond Riches, and before long their heart felt lyrics and incredible energy began to catch the attention of anyone who met them. Since then Beyond Riches has shared the stage with such national acts as Pillar, Decyfer Down, Fire Flight, Manic Drive, Skillet, Day of Fire, Building 429, By the Tree and many others. Ask any one of the guys how they got to where they are so fast and they will tell you, in a simple phrase, "It's a God thing". With high hopes for the future the band is always booking shows, but never turns down a chance to lead worship, after all, worshiping God is what brought them together in the first place!
