Billy has been on the web since way back when IUMA and MP3.com in 1997.
later the ROCKETS were formed and like in any band members come and go.
We are currently parked in visalia calif after time in reno and wendover Nevada in casinos.
Billy recently divorced his peruvian hawaiin wife and has his eye open for a new girlfriend.
