My name is Billy Butler, I am a solo singer songwriter. Up until a couple of years ago all I really listened to was hip hop. I was a dancer for yrs, and all that really mattered to me was the rythm and beat. Anything that I could dance to. I started hanging out with some guys that were into different music, and that is when real instruments and lyrics became important to me. I picked up a drum set and started playing the drums in a makeshift band in a makeshift studio in my basement. That didn't last long. About 4 months ago, I started writing songs and singing, recording them in my basement. Since then music has consumed my very being. It is all I think about day and night. I hope to, one day, hook up with a band and make some really great stuff.
