Block Funksion is a Baltimore, MD based original music band deeply rooted in BLues/rOCK/FUNK/fuSION. The band consists of Benny Cellitto (drums), Tony Santesse (guitar/vocals), Mark Adams (guitar/vocals), and Ian Poulin (bass). The BF catalog features many original songs that are rotated through the band's countless live shows. Some favorites are Your Love, Competition, Temptation Road, and Movin' On, all of which showcase the strengths of the musicians in the band, while drawing forth the influences from which the songs were born. Building a buzz in the Baltimore music scene, Block Funksion is steadily becoming a must see live show around town, and the band is looking to build upon that foundation by writing more new music, and refreshing the old favorites. A self-titled studio album is due very soon, with plans of a follow up already in the works. In the meantime, keep an eye out for Block Funksion downtown or in a neighborhood near you, the songs are never the same twice, and the road goes on forever.
