Ciaxa is a project from Nick Crowe, who after many years of playing bass and drums in several bands has started to fuse his love of electronic music and the more conventional methods of making music resulting in this blend of ambient, jazz, electronic, funk, fusion and drum and bass. Ciaxa is a challenging listen, often using "grating" sound textures, but also offers the softest music that can provoke deep emotions.
