We're a band from local Presque Isle, Maine, Here to make a difference. Once you here us you'r head will explode.we formed as Nathan Hackworth(lead guitar) and Chase Michaud(Rhythm Guitar) who wanted to jam out after school and on the weekends after hearing eachother play on the phone. Then they wanted to seek out a drummer, Jeremy Fuller, nd Jeremy played with them for a while until we fired him because we didn't like his drumming, so the search for a drummer continued and then came Dustin White, Dustin was already in a band named Misguided Again but his band wasn't doing really good so he decided to check out what was at the time Divine Rights. so he did and he liked it. Nathan asked him if he played drums and he said yes then came CJ Beaton he played bass guitar it was a pretty much give. And Sean sang for the band for a while but he quit after a week thinkin he would do better elsewhere and CJ and Dustin went with him. So It was just Nathan and Chase still. Then Nate, came up with asking Travis Hartsgrove (drums) if he can play drums because he liked how he played and it was almost the nick of time because they were going to all quit the band. So Travis began playing drums. Travis then decided to quit the band. So there goes Travis. Then Chase came up with naming the band after a part of a truck and Nate liked it. Then came, Simple Clutch, but Nate hated that name because its too strange so he then thought of another worthy word to go along with that so then came Clutch Control. Then Chase and Nathan asked Marissa Littlefield(vocals) to sing and Marcus (bass guitar) if he can play bass guitar and well after that you get Clutch Control. Then Chase Michaud quit the band after 6 agonizingly awesome years with the band and decided that it was not really meant for him to play guitar with Nathan. This is a message to Chase Michaud:
We all love you Chase and understand why you quit. We all hope you will go far into the future and keep doing what you do best and that's being a great friend!
