Changing the face of hip-hop, transcending sounds and styles, pushing the envelope, all while making your head bounce. This is the phenomenon simply known as COALITION- Broms, Alonzo Green, Major and Profit are doing what they do, one track at a time.

Broms is an aspiring hip-hop artist, quickly developing a buzz on the east coast. Born Rob Bromfield in Frederick, Maryland, Broms has stayed focused and dedicated to his passion for music. He began writing and creating as far back as middle school and further progressed his talent throughout graduating from Towson University. Although now based in New York with COALITION, his buzz was first created in Baltimore from his performances at Casa’s, The Kent, Seven West, and most notably,Sonar for Changeup Fest 2009.

Alonzo Green was born in Richmond VA. Music was the epicenter to his childhood and was a key component to the build of his character. At the age of 9 Alonzo Green became intrigued by the art of musicical creativity and began writing and developing at an extremely rapid pace. Influenced by artists such as Jay-z, Busta Rhymes, Lil Wayne, Michael Jackson, and Prince, he brings a musical range of Hip-Hop, Pop, R&B and even Rock to the table.

Born Oliver Calonge in Port-Au-Prince Haiti, and arriving in New York at at the age of 5, Major Afektz quickly honed his musical skills when he picked up the piano and drums. Over the years he quickly gained knowledge of the music industry and began applying new styles and concepts into his music. Starting off with just heavy hitting, street hip-hop beats, he further ventured off into various musical categories including R&B, Pop, Techno and Rock. Now he incorporates these different styles into every song. Also known for his skills on the mic, this double threat fills out the COALITION line-up.

PROFIT (aka Daniel Stenson) was born and raised in Queens, New York. Growing up as a kid he was always listening to music, and by age 9 he was already playing a variety of different instruments. He quickly became influenced by artists such as LL COOL J, Notorious B.I.G., and 2pac. Being from Queens, the hip-hop culture was all around him. As he grew, so did his involvement in the hip-hop community, as well as the buzz around him. He's since been performing shows at some of the hottest venues, such as the infamous Club Whitehouse in the Hamptons.
