Cold Shadows is A metal Band Out of New Brunswick. Vocalist Chelsea Eastman comes from Edmonton Alberta. Her styles reflect a more subtle style of music and help to portray a softer feel to the music. Guitarist Scott Doucet is influenced mainly by power metal and brings a variety of hard riffs and fast licks to the music. Bassist Tristan Black brings an older style of metal to the group and Drummer Brian Vienneau throws progressive rock into the drums. The different styles involved helps to keep each song fresh. It pulls the band away from recycling rhythms and holding onto any template songs (which is very common in music today). With a demo recorded, the band hopes to continue writing fresh news songs, and hopes to release a CD in the near future.
