About Band
Come Up Swinging was formed in 2006. Having played in several bands throughout the years, the members got together and started working on a sound that they all liked. This sound is sometimes eclectic and varied but always has a Rock core. While not always Punk, they dabble in fast rhythms and staccato vocals; while not always Ska, they dip into backbeats and laid back sound. What Come Up Swinging is always is Rock. Strong riffs, blazing lead solos, complex bass lines and driving drums, those are the things that Come Up Swinging is and will always be.
