About Band
Cootie Brown is a jam band in the utmost sense of the genre. We've been together since 2003 and most of us have know each other since 1966. We bring a high level of musicianship to the stage, each member has been playing their instrument for close to 40 years. Influences include The Allman Brothers, Gov't Mule, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Santana, AC/DC, Widespread Panic, Little Feat, Taj Mahal, Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Johnny Winter, Derek Trucks Band and many, many others too numerous to list here.
