CRASHROOM 9 is dedicated to writing music and lyrics that are inspired by the band member’s personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Our MISSION is to provide the world with original music that is enjoyable to listen to, lyrics that are catchy yet thought provoking, and an overall experience that will leave a lasting impression as the music fades.

Eric Meyer - Guitars, Vocals, and Keys
Eric first laid his hands on a guitar in 1978 and knew it was just the beginning. Drawing inspiration from artists like Eddy Van Halen, Michael Angelo, Rik Emmett, SRV, Jake E. Lee, and Lee Ritenour. After devoting years to structured practice sessions and long hours spent defining his own style, Eric’s hard work has paid off in the fulfillment of his dream of sharing his music with the world.
Barry Meza - Vocals and Guitar
Barry started his musical career as the front man for Trainface. After touring for several years, Barry decided to pursue his education and is currently a charge nurse at a local hospital. Barry’s influences are Skid Row, Metallica, Aerosmith, and anything Blues. Christie, Barry’s wife helps support our group by attending our shows, and Barry shares his love of music with his two children.
Angelica Chavez - Bass, Vocals, and Keys
Angelica grew up playing classical piano, but developed a love for rock music. After meeting Eric, Angelica was inspired to pursue music again, and picking up the bass seemed only logical. Influences: Geddy Lee, Stuart Hamm, Billy Sheehan, Justin Chancellor, Flea, & Ryan Martinie. When she’s not playing the bass, Angelica (Jelly) is pursuing a nursing degree, has a small baking & greeting card company, and is engaged to Eric Meyer.
Anthony Rodriguez - Drums and Vocals
Anthony Rodriguez was born to be a drummer. He was inspired by artists like Led Zeppelin, Rush Slayer, The Dave Mathews Band, and Metallica. He pounding the drums at an early age. Anthony is currently a Respiratory at a local hospital and joined his first band in high school and went onto pursue a variety of musical styles. Ever since he set-up his kit in the garage, Anthony has devoted his talents to the greater good of Crashroom 9. Anthony shares his love of drumming with his wife Kathy, & son.
