Dalkim is the new voice of the hood. If he hasn't done it already its only because after serving 13yrs. in and out of the prison sytem, he hasn't gotten around to it yet. He has no intention of falling victim again. He has a gift and once you hear the veteran O.G. speak you'll understand what i'm talking about.
He reminds you of the golden era of Hip-Hop, his music is a mixture of street poetry, hardcore lyricism and pain. He allows his listeners to walk in his shoes with the power of old negro spiritualism that touches you where it needs to. Hip-Hop needs an artist like Dalkim, because no matter what hip-hop looks like or sounds like today... the message is still there and Dalkim has a lot to say.
