When four friends from Athens, Greece decided to make music together, little did they realize that music history was being made in the process. By combining Western pop/rock and the seeds of Eastern ethnic tones, they were able to bring forth a most unusual sound. They call their sound “ethnic rock”.

daysfromthesun was formed by Fotis (FoMo) Molydris (main composer, percussionist and vocals) and Andreas Pavlopoulos (bass guitar) in 2007 with Nicky Efthimiou,Jr. on lead vocals, rhythm guitar and composing and Andreas Trokas on lead guitar following very soon after.

They are proud to say they have all served their country in the Armed Services and have all graduated University. Among them they have a primary school teacher, an IT professional, a mathematician and music instructor.
