D.Brown has put alot on the line to pursue his dream. He left college with a 4.0 gpa much to the dismay of his family and teachers. People ponder why he would do such a thing. "I did it because I felt something was wrong in the world. I saw to many people sad and a ton of hypocrisy. I did not feel right just sitting by and watching. I wanted to make a change."   This is the type of determination that is not seen in most people D.Brown's age(20) at the present time. He has chosen to go from architect to brick layer. His ambition, realism, and unique,but reasonable, outlook on life are a product of black history, social reformers(Harriet Tubman), and past great minds (Chief White Cloud/http://freespirits.chosenones.net) . "People have died for me to be here. People who have never met me put their life on the line for me. I cannot let their sacrifice be for nothing."
