Hey, I go by the alias of DC. I have been making beats for about two years now and I aspire to be a super music producer.
I love music; I listen to most genres, but specifically more to Hip-Hop, R&B and Rock (except for heavy metal). My idol is Tim "Timbaland" Mosley; One day I hope I can be as good as/successful (if not better) producer as he is.
I aim for my beats to sound original, and not like everything else, while implementing my own style, and ideas/techniques from other producers I admire. Other favourites include: Polow (Da Don), Neptunes, Darkchild, Danja, Scott Storch, JD, Rich Harrison, Swizz Beats, Just Blaze & Trackmasters.
When it comes to making beats, I work according to my own self-theory, "There is no explicable method to making good music"; I don't make beats because I feel like I have to, or feel obliged if I haven't made one for a while - I make music because it's fun, and I think that's what it should be about.
