About Band
Dem Ky Boiz consist of two rappers. Both rappers are of the white-american persuasion. Weezy Weeze (Daniel Williams) is the eldest of the two, both 20 yrs of age, and founder of the group. The group began rapping with each other in April of 2007. Weezy found J. Coll at school. Both of the rappers are attending Mid-Continent University and playing baseball.
Weezy is from the town of Shelbyville, Ky. Located between the major cities of Lexington and Louisville. He is a very talented rapper and has alot to say. He has a creative way about his thought process and what he says on the mic. He created a frenzy among the baseball team taking players into his car and with a mic and a laptop began making music with them. However, it was not serious. A few months later on a baseball trip Weezy gave J. Coll a chance to spit on a song.
J. Coll (Justin Collins), from Paducah, Ky started rapping in January of 2007. He had not known that Weezy was an artist himself. When the day came that Weezy gave J. Coll a chance to spit in a hotel room over the mic on the laptop, J. Coll didnt shine but he impressed. Weezy noticed talent. The two clicked and created the group. Since then the group has not looked back. They have created over 50 tracks together and drop two local mixtapes. They continue getting better and better with every bar, hook, and track.
Brand new to the group is a singer/rapper Dozuh (Brian Courtney). After featuring on many tracks singing hooks for slower songs Weezy and J. Coll decided to add him to the group. Since then Dozuh has stepped his game up in writing, and has a very wide variety of ideas... the future for Dem KY Boiz is very bright
