DJ Tektonic was raised in New Jersey and always had a love for music. As silly as it may seem he wrote his first song at 3 1/3 years old, titled "Sufferin," that he would sing while playing air guitar on his mother's "Billy Jean King" signature tennis racket. In grade school he took a liking to the street corner beat boxers, and by the time he was in 6th grade he was known throughout the school for his tight rhymes. When the 90's hit, he began dipping into the metal world. In 9th grade he began rebuilding a 1978 Gibson RD Custom guitar he found in the garbage after a neighbor had moved away. After restoring it, he began plucking at the strings without guidance and found that he could easily make music. In 10th grade he began working with a band that was never officially named. About one year later his father destroyed the guitar to spite him, and for 8 years he stayed away from composing. However, as fate would have it, one who has the music inside can't keep locked away. Two years ago DJ Tektonic emerged from the shadows of his past and took a crack at composing hip hop and RnB tracks. He was an instant underground hit... And now he is here to Rock Yo World! Combined with his wife and lyrical talent "Camburn," they are inseparable, unstoppable, and here to take the globe by storm!
