A gifted rapper, composer and producer from Grande Prairie, Alberta, Docta J has collected an impressive string of hits that are embedded in the hearts and minds of many across the country. Joining his East-Indian heritage with Canadian and American styles of music, Docta J has created something truly unique. He has been a force in the Alberta music scene for the past year and is focused on releasing the follow up to his much anticipated album, "Shower Rap", which released December 20th, 2008.

This past year Docta J pulled out all the stops and finally released his debut album that includes some slow hits to an upbeat single, "All I've Got". Most of the musical arrangements on the album are influenced by his East-Indian culture, which helps to produce a sound that is rarely heard in the North American music industries.
