About Band
DougZ Band is a brain wave of Steve Sherwood on (keyboards) and Douglas Fremlin on lead vocals fronting the band.
My name is Douglas Fremlin, I am a vocalist recently returned to Australia and looking to set up a SHOW BAND in Adelaide. I would like to put a line up of musicians together, “One That Clicks” on and off stage and having been around the music scene all my life doing shows with big bands, Show Bands and also with Great Jazz musicians in New Zealand to my Bachelor of Perf. years in Opera Studies, Major : Singing so, forming a SHOW BAND in Adelaide is a nice way to start out back home as the revival Of Show Bands returns. We started the band out with an off chance meet in Adelaide and came up with this idea for a show band bringing back some of the music from past.
We are excited about this new beginning and look forward to putting pics and songs online once we get there.
