Hailing from Toledo, OH, DYING TO KNOW consists of Mark McMillan-Vocals, Brandon Dudek-Guitar, Randy Johnson-Bass, and Ray Wagner-Drums. DYING TO KNOW has made a huge impact in and around the Toledo area. Playing shows from Detroit, Toledo, Chicago, and New York City.
Some of the most memorable moments for Dying To Know include, sharing the stage with such acts as Army of Anyone, Taproot, Eveans Blue, Sponge, Action Action, Bobaflex, 40 Below Summer, Local H, Socialburn, Breaking Benjamin and most Recent, direct support for Godsmack at the Seagate Convention center in Toledo.
Dying to Know also had the chance to play the legendary CBGB's in New York city before the club shut it's doors for good.
March of '06 the band took 3rd place a the XMG music conference in Chicago, IL. the attending record labels were Koch, Jive, Island Def Jam, Sony, and TVT.
Dying to Know took 4th place at the Emergenza music festival last fall. Bassist Randy Johnson won the title of best "bass player in the midwest" and was awarded a Music Man bass guitar.
With Guerilla style promotion and constant touring, Dying To Know is slowly gaining a huge fanbase and winning over every crowd they come up against. They are due back in the studio this winter for their second album release, yet to be titled.
