In this, the 21st century, music is too often seen as a mere commodity that can be bought and sold like the average grocery or drug. Has the world forgotten the beauty of music? The joy it brings? The passion and unity that it evokes? Perhaps the world has but there is one band who hasn’t forgotten and that band is Embured.

Formed from the ashes of little known Winter Falls, Embured is a 5-piece boy-band from Adelaide. Each with their own talent, Embured is not only a champion band, but a band of champions. Since their inception in 2004, Embured have undergone many aesthetic changes; currently just two original members remain.
Whilst the original Embured line up is not the same, one thing that hasn’t changed is their undying passion which translates into an outfit that is as inspired as it is motivated to succeed.

Embured are comprised of five energetic young upstarts! There’s Roshi (The man with the golden tan, the golden voice and all the right moves). There’s Micah (Screams like a man and shreds like a man; this screamer/guitarist has all the girls begging for more). Don’t forget Ryan (Short in stature but not on love, this nice guy is gonna melt your heart with his riffs and freeze your soul with his coolness). There’s the new guy Dan (The veteran and the master, this classy bassist is turning heads and burning threads with his smoking hot style). Last but not least there’s Chris (The youngest member with the longest hair, his beats are as fast as they are hard and he’s not slowing down for anyone). These 5 chaps are ready to rock and poised to kill as they storm across the Adelaide music scene. One venue at a time they're stealing hearts and building a legion of fans.

Over the past 6 months Embured have written a number of new songs, began recording an EP as well as a film clip and played and toured with some of Adelaide and Australia’s best local acts. Touring with Wish for Wings and playing shows with local gems such as Wendy Icon (R.I.P), The Open Season, The Jonestown Syndicate, The Amity Affliction, The Rivalry and Later That Night (R.I.P) are just a few of the highlights from a tremendous year. The ever winding road is long and tiring, but Embured are sure to soldier on. Enlisting a street team and unveiling new merch are just two of the recent developments that have excited young girls and boys across Adelaide.

With a unique sound and energetic stage show, Embured score new fans at every appearance. Five incredibly talented young men who make the most out of every single show, Embured are sure to please. With personality dripping from them like beads of sweat, they focus not only on playing tight sets but also on crowd entertainment, rocking hard and fast whilst staying in tune and proving that you can not only look good but sound good at the same time.

The future holds many possibilities for Embured. With a now definite line up and a band dynamic that set them apart, they will continue to write new songs and play some scintillating sets. Embured truly are the spark that is set to ignite the Adelaide underground music scene.
