Eric-Elie started playing guitar  and writing songs at a young age He played in a few cover bands, then decided to go to Europe in the early nineties and ended up in the blues with fellow musician/mentor Kriss Ruff.
On his return he  Attended university, always writing And playing where ever ,When ever. A few visits to Brazil injected another dimension in the creative process. always writing and adding to his growing song collection, until he started the band, originally ment to be called something else, in 1997 by recruiting long time friend and fierce lead guitarist Gilley Lord. A bit of wine and debating produced the name Billy's Breakdown, short for "The Hill Billy Breakdown"A year of full on writing and recording, A few gigs here and there , Montreal, New York, Prince George and Victoria
and lot s of living, writing and recording Making music has always moved him and brought  stillness in a busy crazy world and still does- Here is the Music journey of Eric-Elie, documented in song, archived in melodies,   music, From over the course of the last 15 years.
