About Artist
I began to put together songs in March of 2007 after listening to Nine Inch Nails' then new album 'Year Zero' several times while suffering what I like to call "an artistic depression" - I had no inspiration for writing short stories or poems. Once I made a few 'doodles' in ACID I realized that I could be more expressively abstract with sound than I could be with words. Where do these odd sounds come from? I draw on my mood, observations and experiences in life as a source of inspiration for making my songs. Each song is meant to convey a story or emotion without lyrics (because I'm too poor to build a studio, lmao.) Sometimes it works out great, and other times the end result is hardly more than a looped beat with sound FX...
I've completed over 70 demos and songs in the last 2 years and have seriously thought about collecting a select few into an album a few times, but I always end up being dissatisfied with the overall sound and scrap the idea and begin work on more music.
