About Band
FC is a budding band out of Aurora IL. They take their influences from blues, classic rock, and psychedelic rock. FC was conceived in the spring of '09 by co-founders Miles Kovach, Jake McNaughton and Jaehoon Safavi. They began playing together during the fall of '10 with Brian Chien, Varun Munjeti, Steven Suh. In march of '11, Alex Roman joined the band on vocals.
FC plays a unique fresh look at the style of Hard Blues/Psychedelic/Progressive Rock that brought music out of the Jazz/Pop music of the forties. They believe music should be written with soul and skill, but that it should also include elements that can connect to an audience, while many bands of the same style alienate their audience.
FC takes it's influences from music that has been and most likely always will be popular, bands such as: Jethro Tull, Cream, Iron Butterfly, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, and Chuck Berry.
