Minden, Louisiana is an unlikey place to think about when it comes to the entertainment industry. Once a city known for it's heavy drug activity and high poverty level, Minden aka Monsta City is now ready to become a music Mecca. In the early 2000's C.C., founded F.O.E. (Family Over Everything) as a means to help provide an alternative and legitimate way of making income for his close-knit group of friends and overnight a new movement was born. In early 2007, C.C. and crew member Demiko Duty, revamped the organization for the purpose of showcasing talent within the crew. After years of setbacks, including incarcerations and financial problems, the F.O.E. is finally ready to face the challenges of the entertainment industry head on. F.O.E. Star Entertainment, LLC present to you a Rap group of intelligent and talented artists collectively known as "Tha F.O.E. Headed Monsta" (LUK-O, FB, CC, D-Hill) and R&B sensation "Mr. Bill aka Tha Drum Maja". Production by Lil' Sam, Dookietunez, and Quarter Boi. Marketing itself as the next premiere establishment, F.O.E. Star Entertainment, LLC is changing the way everyone looks at the M-town aka Monsta City, which is the new force not to be reckoned with!
