About Band
Originally formed in the winter of ‘06, Vancouver-based band Fortunate Downfall arrived at the melodic scene inspired by a musical taste of acoustic pop/rock. Performing at a variety of shows over the past year, Fortunate Downfall also known as FD, enjoys playing live concerts with their explosive pop/rock harmonics.
The band’s debut EP, Waiting For Daylight, is set to be released for the summer of 2008. The 4 song EP channels FD’s easily digested vocals, with energetic guitar and ultra-catchy melody lines.
With John Fortune leading vocals, Tim Watkins on bass, Dave Dombrowski on guitar and Jono Saldanha on drums, the dynamic youthful foursome’s driving ambition is to only bring you their best…for your entertainment.
