Gbone are a 4 Piece Guitar driven band from Doncaster, South Yorkshire. 

Gbone formed around 2003, coming together from a number of other popular local bands.  After much planning and poaching, individuals with the same ambitions and ideas formed to play the style of music they all want to create and perform.

After spending a year rehearsing and doing the odd local gig to perfect the songs, set and performances, Gbone started performing more regularly to build the fan base around the South Yorkshire area. 

In August and October of 2005, Gbone visited Axis Studios in Doncaster where Matt Ellis (Who has recently produced/engineered No.1 Son, Future Ex Wifes and Fake Ideal) produced/engineered 5 tracks which have been greatly received by the fans and local radio stations.  This lead to Gbone being interviewed and having radio play on Trax FM in September 2005.

As Mentioned earlier, Gbone are a guitar driven band, been described as playing ‘sleazy rock n roll’.  Gbone have been described by many of having glimpses of The Rolling Stones, Radiohead, Green Day and ACDC influenced sounds within their songs.

We are currently looking for a new keyboard player as we have parted company with Craig.
