GRAPE SOUND is unique project, based in Rostov-On-Don, Russia. It was founded in 2005, and its line-up, consisting of 3 multi-instrumentalists, is still remaining the same. Once they met,  till now they are fascinated by making creatively different music.

 

 

GRAPE SOUND is:      Sergey Rublev – songwriting, programming, vocal, guitar, flute

 

                                   Darya Molodchenko – vocal, percussion

 

                                   Cyrill Makhaev – vocal, guitar, percussion  

 

The sound of GS has no analogues and includes the elements of such different styles, as lounge, rock, ethnic, reggae, trance, drum’n’bass. Every  GS song doesn’t sound like others, that’s why the audience of the project is wide and various. In search of inspiration all GS members travel a lot, looking for ethnic influences and interesting musical artefacts. GRAPE SOUND gigs are not alike too, varying from lounging and relaxing atmosphere of tea-clubs to rocking Irish bars and glamorous beats of night clubs. Lately GRAPE SOUND had a fruitful collaboration with talented Russian DJ and producer Yura Popov.
