I got the name Guttah Boy Stacks from one of my boys i knew from the hood.My real name is Taquan Most people call me Tay.I Grew up in BrooklynNy around Bushwick Projects.I lived there all my life.As a kid my hobies were drawingwriting My mom bought a computer so that's when i got the idea of recording my music in a better and more profesional way.First i would produce my own beats on a software i downloaded called Furity loops then i would record my tracks on a software called mixcraft and i've been recording using that same method ever since.I started the record label SAMSG Records (Stack A Mill Street Gang Records) with one of my home boys when i was 11.The name of the label came from a street gang we had joined called SAMSG (Stack-A-Mill Street Gang).I joined the team along with my brother, Ty Boogz and my other homeboys i knew from the neighborhood, Ta-Smoove, B-Millz, Jah-Millz, Buggy-Millz and B-Stacks.I got the name "Guttah Boy" from my mom.She said it fit me perfect because as a child, i was refered to as the Gutter child.The Name "Guttah Boy Stacks" came from my team. B-Millz gave me that name because everyone in the team had the last name either "Stacks" or "Millz".So that's when i made the name "Guttah Boy Stacks" my stage name. After running the streets, robbing,stealing, fighting,brawling with my team, i descided to calm down and work on something different, more positive like music.Thats when i started getting more into music. I was seperated from SAMSG for some time before i had realized that the team ws falling apart. Stack-A-Mill Ceo, wich was "B-Millz" had started doin things on his own and the rest of us were on our own as well.After releasing 2 mixtapes on the enternet i descided to start my own record label. I got my uncle to become my manager and some of my home boys to be apart of the record label. That's when i started putting them on tracks with me. The artists that were under SAMSG Records were mainly my homeboys from the team, Ta-Smoove,B-Stacks and my brother Ty-Boogz.I started getting more into music more as months went by.Then, i started producing my own beats with a program called FL Studios. The group got smaller when we all took a break from the music to focus on school from the winter. Now the ownly artist i had were Ta-Smoove and my brother Ty-Boogz. In the summer of 09, i came back out with a new mixtape called "Tha Beezy". That mixtape did ok on datpiff for a few weeks. Then to finish up the summer i recorded about 6 last songs then i would rap up to focus on school again. In the spring of 2010. around my birthday in March, I started doin more music and more beats. Then i started doing my own music videos. I focused so much on music i started slacking in school so i ened up doin summer school. Over the summer of 2010, I focused on school, then when the winter came. instead of going out to play in the snow. i spent all winter writing music and making beats. In early 2011, I released my 4th mixtape titled "Youngest Best Rapper" and in june i released my 5th mixtape titled "2 Guns Up". Both mixtapes did well on datpiff.com for some weeks. On august 9th, i released my 6th mixtape titled "Nightmare on Elm Street" I wanted this mixtape to be the hottest mixtape i've ever done. Im still working with my artists from my record label, ims till making beats and im working on new mixtapes and a brand new album set to drop in spring in 2012.
