Hatespire was formed in the summer of 2009. Long time friends Ross and James decided they would finally write some serious music together. Two songs were written that summer and one song taken from their past. They took these songs and recorded them at their friend Phil Romeo's home studio. After finishing these tracks it was time to complete the line-up so they could play live. Marcello Ciciriello joined on Keys, and the search began to find a drummer and bassist. After a month or so they found Nathan Robshaw for the drums. Finally, after the dissolving of Phil's old band, Ross and James decided they would get Phil in as Bassist to repay him for the recording and mixing. Now set with a full line-up they plan to release their demo and gig.
