Headroom is an original and primarily blues and rock based band from Phoenix, Arizona.  The quartet has a unique and extensively diverse sound with influences from Yes, Dire Straights, Queens of the Stone Age, Led Zeppelin, and the Doors to Rush, Deftones, Sound Garden, and A Perfect Circle... to name a few.

 

Fundamentally, Headroom is a collage of many styles of music and energy, coupled with a focus on exploring the creative sublime to its fullest.  With almost three albums of music, no two songs sound alike.  The band is currently booking shows around the Phoenix area and can be seen several times a month.  With powerful and gripping performances, you will not forget The Headroom.  You will be listening and later finding yourself feeling the best you may have felt in a very long time.

 

The rhythm section is methodically solid, energetic, and powerful.  The guitar riffs are remarkably original and catchy... you will find yourself humming many of these melodic grooves.  The leader of this talented act has a clever dynamic with a very original and unforgettable nature.  These guys are elevating live with soaring vocals, intuitive lyrics, magnetic guitar riffs, and a roaring cadence of drum and bass!

 

Headroom's sound is unique and quickening while embracing elements of many popular artists the span decedes.  Having assembled a persuasive sound and set list thay can share the stage with almost anybody.  This band is a must see.
