"Opening the show were young sudbury punk-rock band 'Its Not Me Its You'
Despite the Lead Singer stuggling with a bad throat there dancy energetic set was executed very well.
Many people picking up there free demo disk that was being handed round the steamboat.
Some of the wavey/flange effects on guitar matched with the vocal ability were not that unfamiliar from the sound The Cure produce but with a far faster tempo!"

"INMIY.
Its Not Me Its You. Tonight you gave it your all, && it had to be one of your best performnces out of the 3/4 times ive seen you play live. Your songs sound so good live. Your effects are so good, eg.: jamies cow bell, marks lil mini factory guitar thingy. Elliotts voice is one of the best ive heard of groups that have formed. Your 3 songs Gooch, blood rush && i dont care were so effective and you kicked all the other bands asses by far. you were confident all the way through. you deserved to win by far.

"Right first...INMIY started to a great reception as many fans screamed and danced like crazy.
That atmosphere was fantastic and addictive.
To Be Honest I haven’t been that much of a fan of INMIY, but tonight felt they performed excellent and I liked most of their songs ( CD’s now available btw lol).
The songs, unlike most of the other bands, were their own. And their addictive songs caused lively moshing in the audience.
The effects used by the guitarists, Elliott and Mark, were fantastic along with the great lyrical songs. And the drumming was amazing the music was really lively and overall great.
I have seen this band play live a few times now and in my opinion this has to be one of their best performances I’ve seen them play so far.
Congratulations guys on winning you were awesome :)"
