I'm a self-taught musician, playing piano, singing and just recently began writing songs.  My songs are mostly ballads, but there are a few that can be considered jazzy, country, and even pop.  All of my songs are easy-listening.  Some of the lyrics describe situations in my life and some are purely fictional. 

Elton John and Bernie Taupin have been my biggest influences.  Several people have told me you can hear their style in my music.  Although, the only difference besides that they're a helluva lot better than me is that they're two people for lyrics and music.  I write and compose my own songs.  The recordings I have are the ones I made myself because I don't yet have the finances to get into a studio. 

I've played 3 concerts so far - to rave reviews of the people who have been there.  All of them were fun.  Although I'm a solo artist, I rely very heavily on my friend, Bill, for percussion and backing vocals.  He's the person who has taught me the most about playing the piano and has given me the most encouragement to just go and get out there somehow.

I'm 29 years old and am single at the moment.  I live with my cousin and several cats in a little city full of Polish folk (myself included) in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
