Firstly the song on there was recorded by this line 6 riff tracker.
(basically you plug it into your computer and you can play guitar and it records whatever you play and it even adds drums if you want them. But you're not really meant to record whole songs but it's the best i have so all the levels are wrong and the drums arn't that great but you get the general idea.)
Anyway...
I mainly play guitar and drums (i'm probly just as good at each one) and i taught myself guitar (unless you want to count that, "my first guitar" dvd we all got when we were 12 and wanted to become metal stars but all you learn is how to play a few chords)
My main influences are:
Metallica
Iron Maiden
Children of Bodom
Bleeding Through
Evanescence
Nirvana
Im in a band called "Screaming Leprechauns" we basically sound like nirvana but not as good.
(www.myspace.com/thescreamingleprechauns) but there isn't alot on there apart from 2 songs, one being a cover.
But because i prefer heavier bands (such as children of bodom and metallica) to nirvana, i write songs and keep them as my own and dont play them in my band.
I have another song recorded but i now really hate it and it has such a terrible solo.
But if you really want to listen to it, i would email it to you. (and it doesnt have any lyrics because i don't have a microphone)
