Marqez Yaheem started producing around the age of 13 on his grandmothers computer in Atlanta, Ga. using FL Studio as a way to pass up time. After making around 2 or 3 tracks he burned them on a cd and brought it to school the next day where his classmates inspired him to make more. After a while as he progressed, he started selling tracks to the local neighborhood artist. When he was 15 he linked up with his older brothers Quran Yaheem and Styles who had already established there selves in the Atlanta music scene with Umbrella Music Corp. There he started producing for UMC artist such as Jacob Love, Draino, Styles, and Mr. Goodness just to name a few. When he turned 17 his mother sent him to Middletown, CT to spend time with his father where he linked up with his cousin EFX who was also establishing himself as an artist. Together they started building a studio in EFX's basement. There they started Trak Monstaz, a production team including Marqez, EFX, and Tro, an aspiring R&B artist that Marqez went to high school with where they discussed starting a label.Including they're uncle OG to the industry Supreme Blac out of Atlanta, Ga. they started Addictive Music.
