Meanwhile... started as A solo acoustic act but has gone through various forms. It used to come down to Owen Michael Jones, who played the guitar, sang and wrote the songs. Now having 'finally found what he was looking for' he has another band member, genius and best friend; his brother from another mother; Ahren Ross Barbour. Together it is now them that make meanwhile... what it is today. Soon to be joined by a bassist and drummer, the tracks here were recorded right at the start of 2007 over a couple of days at Owen's house with the two of them playing all the instruments.
If you want, Owen will play your house, garden, local pub or anywhere you like for the price of petrol, possibly somewhere to sleep, and perhaps a sandwich... just email or message us!
OWEN:
Long story short, I started playing the drums when I was in year 8, and fell in love with music
Then about 4 years ago really wanted to start writing songs, so I picked up a guitar and taught myself.
Now I'm at Uni and I am still teaching myself new things everyday.
ROSS:
Long story short, Studied guitar, played in bands since i was 15,
Learnt drums, met Owen,
At uni learning to produce
