Meshwell is one of Maine's Premiere hip hop groups.  They were formed in the summer of 2006 by Floyd "FLOW" Bolstridge and Ryan "RAH" Simpson, on the one rule that every artist in the stable stay true to themselves on every track.  They launched their first single "Ev'ry Townz Gotta Ghetto" that same summer and got a lot of local and regional support which helped out when they placed the song on the IACmusic.com website.  After 3 months, they sat at the #1 spot on the sites Indie Hip Hop Charts.  Thanks to Bulletins that had been placed on Myspace by the group and  their fanz, Meshwell started to spread from coast to coast on the heels of just one song. 

Now it's 2009 and the group has launched their first Cd titled, "Chronicles" which has been a hit in much of New England.  During the making of the disc, FLOW and RAH recruited 2 more members.  First off they included long time friend, Matt "MoneyBagz" Morrison who's first contrribution to the group was on the song "Bombardment".  After Money, RAH brought in Scott "2Real" Ciarleglio, who was the lead off voice on "P.Y.P.D."

Meshwell has launched  3 songs to #1 at IAC and 6 total into the Top 10.  They were also chosen by the Editors of CashboxMagazine.com as their Best Hip Hop Indie Pick for 5 consecutive weeks.  Chronicles was a relief to get out to the public and now the boys can't wait until the next one is completed (to be named later) so they can show the fans and the industry what else they have for ideas and what they are capable of.
