Howdy, im Mike... obviously
So... lets see, i was born on Oct 20th in '87. I started writing in early 2003, i started playin guitar around the same time. You dont really need to now about what my music was like starting out, just like anyones, it sucked ass. But ive been hard at it since then and i think ive come quite a long way since then.
Now my music...
Ummmm.... i dunno, at the moment i guess its a bit folky, but can easily be translated to electric and a full band, a few of my songs i have performed with bands here and there and they work quite well. The good thing about my music I think is that its quite malleable, always changing always open to fresh ideas. I guess my style is escentially rock, but i dont think it really sounds like anything else. The stuff i write about is alot of personal stuff, stuff about life, love, loss, regret, redemption, betrayal, random stuff, heaps of things.
My influences...
My influences include Lifehouse, Damien Rice, Jim Morrison, theyre the main ones i guess.
My Future...
Well thats up to you, yes you, the one whos reading. Listen to my music, get to know me and if you like what you hear and like what im about, then get out there and spread the word. I do gig around geelong from time to time, so, if you have a chance come and see me when i play, bring your ftriends, the more the merrier :D
