Modern Man’s greatest Trap is Society, with its standardization and tight control.
The lack of communication grows ,
our frantic, chaotic and obsessive way of life fills our days to the edge , and does not allow people to open their mind and think.
Mind the Traps generate chemical brain impulses , bypassing the System and entering Input of emotional freedom.
Inspired and fascinated by the sounds and the music culture Made in UK, the trio mixes up modern Indie rock and 80’s Elettro-pop , through a blend of dancing synths , aggressive rhythms and pop-oriented melodies that also owe something to the Dark and New Wave ages.
Mind the Traps join together in Dec,2008, collecting a set of gigs in Emilia (northern
), the 1st EP available from August,2009, and featuring a live act show that brings on the stage band’s full acustic and visual impact.

La vera trappola dell'uomo è la società, standardizzata e controllata. Grave è l'assenza di comunicazione, ritmi frenetici e ossessivi colmano la vita, non lasciando alcuno spazio al pensiero. I Mind the Traps creano chimici stimoli cerebrali, eludendo il sistema e generando input di libertà emozionale.
Affascinato e ispirato dal sound e dalla cultura musicale anglosassoni, il trio fonde il moderno indie-rock ad un elettropop con spiccate sonorità anni 80, mescolando sintetizzatori, ritmiche incalzanti e linee melodiche pop dai riflessi dark e new wave.
Mind the Traps si formano nel Dicembre 2008 e hanno all'attivo numerosi concerti sul territorio emiliano, un Ep autoprodotto disponibile da Agosto 2009, e uno show live che porta sul palco l'impatto sonoro e scenico della band in tutte le sue forme.
