born from the ashes of a really dumb punk band, monkeytruck have recruited a second guitarist, matured slightly and are now purveyors of marginally less smelly cheese punk. Adhering to most of the rules of punk, the songs are no more than 3 minutes of riffy shouty nonsense with no smartypants soloing. apart form one bit that sounds a weeny bit like the theme from the a-team. but not alot. we hail from in and around northampton UK, a remarkably unremarkable town with a level of apathy not seen for decades, hence the complete lack of political/social lyrical commentry. Instead we have concentrated on documenting the less considered realities that surround us. who says the grim reaper can't be a rabbit. where's the proof. exactly. so there.
